Joined through the Affable acquisition and led the Creator Marketing product team on Vibe, Bazaarvoice's sampling, creator marketing, and social commerce platform: two PMs, four designers, and four engineering teams. Drove the team's AI-native transition while shipping the portfolio.

• Built Bazaarvoice's first Payments platform, establishing the company as a money-mover; it addressed 28% of previously lost Affable deals
• Architected Integrated Sampling, unifying consumer, ambassador, and creator supply into a single enterprise offering
• Led Creator Search, the natural-language creator discovery engine used across every enterprise client, and built the evaluation framework behind its quality: demographic model accuracy from 72% to 93%, latency down 68%
• Shipped a creator brand-safety score on the GARM framework, reading image, video, and caption to flag risk at the point of discovery

Associate Director, Product · First product hire

Built the product function from scratch and owned strategy and roadmap from early-stage SaaS through acquisition by Bazaarvoice in September 2023. Affable now powers creator sourcing inside Bazaarvoice Vibe.

• Built the AI-driven creator discovery and campaigns platform that defined the company: semantic, visual, and lookalike search across a 6M+ creator index, end-to-end campaigns, and a commerce attribution stack
• Expanded the product from creator discovery to end-to-end creator management: creator CRM, native email outreach, and Shopify and Magento integrations
• Grew the business roughly 2.5x through to acquisition
• Hired and coached the product team of seven, PMs and designers

Product Manager, BMS Stream

Led product for BMS Stream, BookMyShow's bet on transactional video on demand, launched during the pandemic and scaled into a primary revenue driver for the company. Owned content discovery, checkout, and the streaming experience across web, mobile, and TV apps.
